Substack (Newsletter Publishing Platform)

We publish content through Substack, a third-party newsletter and publishing platform. If you subscribe to our Substack publication, your email address and subscription data are collected and stored directly by Substack. From time to time, we may import subscriber data from Substack into MailerLite, our primary email service provider, in order to consolidate our communications and deliver additional resources or updates. When we do so, imported subscribers are subject to the same data practices described in this policy, including your right to unsubscribe or request deletion at any time. If you subscribed via Substack and do not wish to be added to our MailerLite list, you may contact us at hello@narrativak.com to opt out of any such transfer.

Other Domains

We own several domains that redirect to www.anna-kaplan.com. No separate data collection occurs on those redirect domains — all data practices described in this policy apply equally to traffic arriving via any of our domains.

5. Your Rights

We retain your email address and name for as long as you remain an active subscriber or until you request deletion. If you unsubscribe, your email address is retained in a suppression list to prevent accidentally re-adding you, unless you also request full deletion.
