Provide an outlet for employees to be updated and informed in an engaging way that was not just another newsletter in their inbox.

Analysis of existing tools and ways of working within sales, marketing, and professional servicesÂ
Brainstorming sessions and idea validation with key stakeholders
The result:
Created and produced an internal podcast, producing 20+ pieces of unique content with employees across globe and customer lifecycleÂ
Key testing during the first several episodes allowed me to establish specific standards and produce more engaging content for the 18,000+ employee audience
