A creative approach to internal storytelling


The challenge:

Provide an outlet for employees to be updated and informed in an engaging way that was not just another newsletter in their inbox.


The approach:

  • Analysis of existing tools and ways of working within sales, marketing, and professional services 

  • Brainstorming sessions and idea validation with key stakeholders


The result:

  • Created and produced an internal podcast, producing 20+ pieces of unique content with employees across globe and customer lifecycle 

  • Key testing during the first several episodes allowed me to establish specific standards and produce more engaging content for the 18,000+ employee audience
